I bought gravel from a different company and then called Tropical Garden Supply. I was shocked that the same rock was so much cheaper! I called back the orginal company and canceled the order.
Everyone was nice and I got the rock delivered on time. Im a happy customer.

Michelle provides excellent customer service. I went to purchase rocks with some gift cards that I received. They did not work at first. Michelle was able to process the payments with the assistance of the IT guy (over the phone). Michelle and the rest of the team really went above and beyond to successfully complete the sale. I recently visited Tropical Garden in Pembroke Pines, and I had a fantastic experience. One of the highlights was the easy parking; there’s ample space on one side of the office, which made it convenient to get in and out without any hassle. The dispatch area is located on the opposite side, but the layout is well-organized, making navigation simple.

Upon entering, I was impressed by how clean and tidy everything was. The store is clearly well-maintained, and the organization of the materials makes it easy to find exactly what you need. They have a great stock of gardening supplies, plants, and landscaping materials, ensuring that you won’t leave empty-handed.

I also appreciated that the store wasn't overcrowded, which meant I didn’t have to wait long in line. The checkout process was quick and efficient. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist with any questions I had.

Was in the search for a product and they had it listed on their website. We call because we live 30 minutes away and wanted to make sure. The lady who answers the phone on Saturday (10/5) says that yes, they have plenty in stock.

So we hop in the car and go to get there before closing. The lady is on the phone, arguing with someone else because they forgot to deliver something so another gentleman helped us. Told him we had just called and were there to pick it up.

He disappears for a few minutes, comes back and informs us they don’t have any and it would take a few days to get them. So we drove over an hour round trip, after thinking we did our research and the lady on the phone couldn’t be bothered to actually check the stock and they don’t have the product she specifically said they had. Amazing way to do business.

After hearing the phone conversation and our experience, we’d suggest staying away.

Had to get some gravel for my driveway. They were awesome. Great price!! Home Depot would’ve charged 10 times as much! I came in my P/U and they dumped it right in the back for me; took two minutes! I highly recommend them!

I found today rocks that I could not find at Homedepot and Lowes.
Upon entering the store the lady at the desk was so warm and welcoming and the guy who took my bags to the car is so helpful.
I am very happy to have found this Garden supply store. I will definitely return for more items in the near future. I highly recommend them. They have a great variety of rocks and gravel at very good prices comparing to other local suppliers.

I could not find anyone in Miami who sells the concrete button half-moons to stop cars from parking on my grass. Luckily I found Tropical garden supply that has a wide variety of landscaping products. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and even loaded the heavy stones into my car. In time of need business was unwilling to assist. We experienced a loss recently in Ft Lauderdale from flood waters. Today we called Tropical a local supplier for sand, during business hours, with water rising up to our home again. Staff answered quickly that they cannot deliver nor willing to remain open for materials to be picked up in the use to protect our home. My small community believes in doors open in time of need, having a neighborly attitude and professional reputation at least. Would not recommend company, services and training SOP to serve customers correctly

Great service! I easily ordered and scheduled a truckload of #57 stones for Saturday morning delivery. They arrived right on time and dropped the rocks right where we asked them. In and out! Friendly staff, yes. However the quality of the pavers are not really good. I purchased the 24x24x1 1/2” NOT 24x24x2” as described by the lady on the phone. Paver looks good from the top view but uneven and full of dimples on the bottom and crumbly on the corners. Which caused a crack for the application needed. Sand, gravel and rock may be the company’s forte but Not making homemade pavers.

I felt compelled to write a review regarding Ritz building and gardening . When it comes to my gardening needs I usually shop in the commercial setting facilities such as Home Depot . I have to admit I was very impressed with this facility ,not only the friendly family owned atmosphere and great service but the quality of the products as well as the pricing .I purchased a pallet of sod the quality was excellent and the pricing was much better than Home Depot. Thank you for a great experience!
